For 30+ years she has advised national and multinational companies in the Andean Region on projects to align the organizational performance model, define the compensation strategy, design variable compensation, organizational architecture, and assess positions. During 6 years she served as Managing Consultant and Talent & Rewards Practice Leader of the firm Towers Watson in Colombia. For 8 years he was Consulting Manager at Consulgei Ltda. Firm representing HAY GROUP until 1996. From 2010 to date, she has served as Managing Consultant of the Firm RPT Consultants SAS.

Yolanda Mosquera Franco

Owner - Managing Consultant and Human Practice Leader
He was Professor Human Resources Management at CESA University. He worked for Mercer for over 10 years, as a senior consultant for compensation consulting projects and salary and benefits information studies with impact in Colombia, Ecuador, Central America and the Caribbean. In 2005, he took the role at Mercer of Manager for Ecuador and Peru, focusing on consumer goods, oil and pharmaceutical sectors. Before joining Mercer, he worked as head of processes and project consultant at CONSULGEI for 8 years, specifically as head of information projects.
